Las Vegas Boot Camp Success Story

My Boot Camp in Las Vegas is for real people just like you who want to tone up, slim down and lose the weight once and for all.

I love sharing with you the very best fat loss, nutrition and mindset tips, but  I also I love to showcase real people from my boot camp who have lost the weight and slimmed down and let them share with you their success secrets with you.

This is an interview with one of my favorite boot camp member Vickie. So without further ado, here we go.

Q: Vickie, before boot camp how long had you struggled with your weight/health?

A: I struggled with my weight for about a year

Q: When did you realize it was time to do something about your weight/heath?

A: When I failed my PT test in the USAFR and when my kept climbing

Q: What was your life like before you started training with me?

A:Started working out on my own and saw no results or progress

Q: What changes did you make in your diet / exercise routine?

A: I started eating healthier and working out at least 4 times a week

Q: How is your energy level now compared to before you began boot camp?

A: I have the energy to do what ever I want…I used to lay in bed a lot, but now my energy level is through the roof

Q: How much weight have you lost so far and what’s your secret to consistently losing weight each month?

A: I have lost over 12 lbs so far, my secret to losing weight is to continue to be consistent and to reward myself at least twice a week with whatever I want to eat

Q: Many people find it difficult to consistently eat healthy and exercise for long periods of time. What keeps you so motivated month after month?

A: I stay motivated month after month because I see major results.

Q: What keeps you from going back to those old habits?

A: I worked so hard to get where I am now.going back would be a disaster…I cant afford to go back to those bad habits…Failing my PT test can also leave me jobless.

Q: You told me you’re getting compliments from friends about your weight loss. What do they say?

A: They say I look great and they always want to know what I’m doing to look this great!

Q: To reach success you always have to sacrifice something. What other sacrifices have you made to find success in your weight loss journey so far?

A: I have had to sacrifice eating what I want whenever I want..you just cant have what you want all the time..only in moderation

Q: Are the sacrifices and all the hard work worth the results you’re getting?

A: Absolutely..I love what I see

Q: What piece of advice would you give someone who says they want to lose weight?

A: I would tell them, don’t talk about it, be about it….lets get you on track right now!
