Healthy Snacks for Weight Loss

A few days ago I had a conversation with one of my boot camp members about eating to boost their metabolism and how healthy snacking helps.

I explained how eating every 3-4 hours keeps your metabolism revved up and the best way to do that is by having go to snacks.

Here’s a template you can follow

7:30am Breakfast
10:30am snack
12pm Lunch
3:30pm snack
7pm Dinner

And here’s some of my favorite go to snacks

Fruit and Nuts
apple and natural peanut butter (or if you prefer almond or cashew butter),
pear and 20 almonds

Fruit and Dairy
Yogurt and banana, string cheese and orange

Veggies and Dairy
Baby carrots and cheese wedges

With that said, if losing weight is important to you, here’s what you need to do now.
1. Plan your dinners for the week
2. Choose your go to breakfast (eggs and oatmeal are one of the best fat loss combo’s)
3. Choose your go to snacks
4. Go Shopping and get everything on the list
5. Follow the template above

Try it for the next 30 days, and I bet you begin losing weight or break your plateau.
