19 Ways to Make 2011 Your Best Year Ever


Most people like to start resolutions to get better at the beginning of the year. Well believe it or not we’ve already finished 10% of of 2011. My question to you is, “are you 10% of the way to your goal?”

If not don’t worry. If you don’t even have a goal yet, there’s no reason you still can’t make this your best year ever. I have listed 19 ways to make this your best year yet. Check it out.

  1. Hang around positive people.
  2. Make it a habit to take a multivitamin with your breakfast.
  3. Get 1% better every day.
  4. Learn how to make delicious, healthy food. Here are 197 Recipes that I approve.
  5. Know your Top 5: the 5 most important things that need to happen by the end of the year to make 2011 feel like it truly has been the best year of your life.
  6. Read your Top 5 every morning.
  7. Post affirmations on your bathroom mirror.
  8. Strive to be ‘World Class’ in all you do.
  9. Train like a pro athlete – exercise more intensely to get better results.
  10. Eat higher quality foods.
  11. Make sure to have “green colored” veggies in each major meal.
  12. Get a massage once a month (once a week is even better).
  13. Remember – no one has ever regretted a great workout.
  14. Hire someone to hold you accountable to your health and fitness goals.
  15. Be impeccable with your words – don’t complain, gossip, or be negative.
  16. Be careful with whom you surround yourself. Just as much as the right people can pull you up, the wrong crowd can bring you down.
