Keep the Holiday Pounds Away

Hey, it’s Tony here.

Here are four quick tips to help keep the holiday pounds away.

Avoid starving all day before the big feast. Eat breakfast, then snack on fruits and veggies during the day.

Don’t pass up holiday foods but skip seconds.

Wait at least an hour after dinner to eat dessert.

Once post-dinner digestions starts, you may not want to eat as much.

Enjoy dessert, but watch your portion sizes!
