Lose weight without cardio

If you’re like me you don’t like to spend hours doing cardio in order to burn a little fat. The good news is that you don’t have to waste hours on a treadmill or elliptical machine.

Instead if you do strength training 3 days a week, you can add some cardio strength moves or “finishers” at the end of your workout. or on your off days and get better results in 20 minutes or less.

I usually end my bootcamps with a finisher to get the heart rate up and boost your metabolism so you can burn a ton of fat in a really short time.

Video Recap

Dumbbell Swings 15 right arm/15 Left arm (or 60 seconds)

Rest 30-60 seconds

Burpees 60 seconds

repeat for 3 total rounds
