Real World Weight Loss

You know, with the right nutrition plan and exercise program most people can expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. Often I find people take this too literally. They are super excited when they lose 2 or 3 pounds in a week, but get discouraged if a week goes by and the weight on the scale doesn’t drop.

Keep in mind it is an average of 1 to 2 pounds but not every week, not every week.
